When digitization must be linked in practice
Many companies are in the middle of a digital development where new opportunities in AI, ERP and automation are knocking on the door. At the same time, the complexity of the IT landscape is growing, and the requirements for security, operations and governance are becoming greater.
The question is not whether you should digitize further, but whether your current setup can carry the next step without creating new risks and bottlenecks.
That is why we hold physical seminars where we focus on the totality of your digital foundation and give you a realistic decision-making basis for how you continue to work with digitization in practice.
Propulsion under digital control
Digitization is often driven in tracks: an AI initiative here, an ERP upgrade there, new security requirements in a third place. For many companies, the result is an IT landscape that is difficult to understand and even more difficult to manage strategically.
At the seminar, we collect the threads and show: How AI, data, Business Central and IT operations are connected in practice, hvorfor lack of coherence often slows down business value and hvilk pitfalls we see again and again in organizations in the midst of digitalisation.
The seminar is aimed at those of you who are responsible for ensuring progress under digital control.
WHAT DO YOU GET HOME?
A clear picture of your digital reality
You get help to put into words the challenges many companies face right now: systems that have grown over time, data that does not play together, and digitization that feels more complex than value-creating. The seminar gives you a common language and an overview that you can take home in management.
AI on own data
Without creating new risks
Many companies want to get started with AI, but are slowed down by data silos, uncertainty and lack of governance. You gain insight into how modern data platforms –, including Microsoft Fabric –, can create one common foundation for AI across the business, where data remains in your environment and rights are respected.
IT security & operation – Part of the whole
There are no digital solutions without operation, support and security. Nevertheless, many companies find that responsibility is spread over several suppliers – and that the overview disappears in line with new initiatives.
For the seminar we show how KOLLAB-as-a-Service collects responsibility and creates a more manageable IT everyday life:
- one supplier to support your digitalisation
- complete outsourced IT operation
- security, monitoring and maintenance
- support of Business Central, Power Platform and AI agents
- free and non-binding IT check, where we review your IT landscape and create an overview of IT security, licenses, functionality and potential savings and optimization opportunities
The focus is on stable operation, fewer interruptions and an IT setup that can be developed in line with the business.

GAP ANALYSIS
Get a common one starting point
Many organizations find that digitization is discussed in silos: IT speaks technology, the business speaks for needs, and the management lacks an overall overview. Therefore, all participants are invited to a joint GAP analysis based on your reality.
The GAP analysis is carried out across your management team and focuses on the questions that often determine whether digitization creates momentum – or friction:
- AI readiness: is your data, systems and organization ready to use AI in practice?
- Data-driven processes: do you use data actively in decisions, or do the insights live in silos?
- Security and support: is your setup robust enough for increased requirements, compliance and operation?
- People and processes: do workflows and competences support technological development?
The analysis is prepared across business areas and forms a common reference point, which is included in the introduction of the seminar. You thus not only get inspiration, but also a concrete picture of where you stand and where the next effort provides the most value.
Next step after your registration
Since there is one max. of 20 participants per event at each location, we put together the participant group with a focus on creating the most possible relevance and value for everyone. This means that we assess the total group of registered companies before confirming the final places.
We will contact you by phone within a few days to:
- Clarify whether you will get a place at the seminar
