Roccai

Just like on Tinder, buyers can swipe through preferences and inspiration to eventually find the right match between their needs and the company's products. We have designed the entire system, including the swipe function itself, and upgraded the visual identity so that the user experience appears both intuitive, modern and well thought out.

How did it start?

No lovestory without the story of how  it all startedRoccai  come up with their brilliant concept and the first sketches. The visions and ambitions were high and we becamev from that second in love. We immediately set about devisinge,  how we could build the system.  Because even though the user journey looks simple, there is much more behind the surface. The system requires a sharp order, because no two user journeys are the same.

... requires a unique system. Or you don't say that – but we say so! The system is structured so that all imaginable scenarios can be created. This means that regardless of the content inserted into the swipe function, it will guide the user in the right direction in the purchase process. Behind it, it is possible to see statistics on which content performs best. This ensures that the user journey can always be adapted to what actually works and does not work on the end user.

We have been helped by KOLLAB (formerly /et al.) to design our new platform, Roccai. The focus has been particularly on  onboarding flows, as we have a goal that our customers themselves must be able to use the platform to a significant extent. We had previously made a prototype and fixed our visual expression, but from there we gave more or less a free hand. The result has been complete fantastic, and we have chosen to implement all of Stine's and Julie's proposals.

We have felt in safe hands all the way, as they have run several loops with us so that we could continuously follow the work. We would recommend KOLLAB (formerly /et al.) at any time, as they work seriously, quickly and are razor sharp in their field.”
