MERGER OF COMPANIES
2024 was also the year in which we merged some of the individual companies into a single KOLLAB brand. This ensures that we deliver world-class collaboration to those who want to go digital.
BC REINFORCEMENTS
The transfer window was open, and the agreement between Azend A/S and us fell into place. It felt like the best Christmas present ever when, in December 2024, we were lucky enough to get five talented Business Central specialists on board.
LAUNCH OF KOLLAB
In 2023, we will undergo a makeover and be revitalized with a new name and identity. This will enable us to continue to address the future and keep pace with digital developments in all aspects of our customer service.
NOTORA becomes part of C2IT
In 2023, C2IT and Notora will join forces to create one of Denmark's largest Microsoft 365 companies. With this acquisition, C2IT A/S is taking a major step into the food industry, where Notora specializes in digital solutions.
/ET AL. BECOMES PART OF THE C2IT GROUP
In 2023, we will become co-owners of the design house /et al., which specializes in incorporating design and user-friendliness into digital solutions.
C2IT DIGITAL IS ESTABLISHED
In 2022, a new company will be established within the group with a focus on advising SMEs on their digital journey.
C2IT GREENHOUSE IS FOUNDED
The investment company C2IT Greenhouse will be founded in 2021 with the aim of investing in and helping startups.
ACQUISITION OF EXCELMATE
In 2020, C2IT acquires excelmate, a company specializing in Business Intelligence, Analytics & Optimization.
ACQUISITION OF NPLUS
Acquisition in 2020 of Microsoft consulting firm Nplus in Kolding, which will become part of C2IT A/S.
IT CARTEL ACQUIRED
We are brave in 2019 and dare to join forces with IT Kartellet despite their name. They are a group of outstandingly skilled software craftsmen who, like the rest of the C2IT group, do not make things more complicated than they are.

aHOC BUY
aHOC was acquired in 2018 to gain a foothold in the freelance business in Copenhagen. People-IT thus became a nationwide company.
SOFTHUSET IS BEING ACQUIRED
In 2018, we are strengthening our presence in the capital region on Microsoft 365 with the acquisition of Dynamics NAV supplier Softhuset.
Launch of People-IT
Our freelance consulting business is being spun off from the C2IT group and renamed People-IT, reflecting our philosophy of putting people before IT.
STARTING UP ON ZEALAND
We are establishing ourselves in Ballerup with three new partners from the Microsoft Dynamics NAV world at the helm.
MOVING TOWARDS THE CITY OF SMILES
Of course, we also wanted to be located in the happiest city, which is why we are moving to Aarhus in 2017.
THE FIRST 100 MILLION
We are thrilled that we will reach DKK 100,000,000 in revenue in 2015 and are celebrating this with a huge biker party.
C2IT ACQUIRES ITPLANETEN
The C2IT Group acquires Itplaneten in 2015. We bring the planet down to earth, thereby kicking off the development of C2IT Infrastructure. The merger with our existing infrastructure business marks the start of the development of C2IT Infrastructure.
STARTING AN ERP BUSINESS
In 2010, we are launching the Microsoft Dynamics NAV business area together with three major NAV partners.
The beginning of Gazelle Farm
The first of many Børsen Gazelle Awards will be presented at the C2IT savannah in 2008.
THE HUMBLE BEGINNINGS
We were founded in 2003 in Kolding by Benthe Andersen and Carsten Sixhøi. Our core DNA: people first and competence makes a difference, and so we saw the light of day. Fortunately, the fashion has changed, but the DNA remains.
Greenhouse
Greenhouse is a venture fund and accelerator that develops tech startups. Behind the project is a large group of top managers from KOLLAB. We only invest in projects where we can help with both money and knowledge. Our mission is to help the founders succeed. Greenhouse is looking for new and exciting startups. We invest in software and product startups that have achieved "proof-of-concept" or seed for startups with clear potential. We choose startups that lack capital and skills to achieve the crucial commercial breakthrough.
