MERGER OF COMPANIES
2024 was also the year in which we merged some of the individual companies in favor of one KOLLAB brand. This ensures that we deliver world-class collaboration to you who want that digital thing.
BC REINFORCEMENTS
The transfer window was open and the agreement between Azend A/S and us fell into place. It felt like the coolest Christmas present, as in December 2024 we were lucky enough to get as many as five skilled Business Central specialists on the team.
LAUNCH OF KOLLAB
In 2023, we will have a make-over and be shined up with a new name and identity. So we can continue to tackle the future and follow the digital development 360 degrees around our customers.
NOTORA becomes part of C2IT
In 2023, C2IT and Notora together create one of Denmark's largest Microsoft 365 companies. With the purchase, C2IT A/S takes a big step into the food industry, where Notora is a specialist in digital solutions.
/ET AL. BECOMES PART OF THE C2IT GROUP
In 2023, we will become co-owner of designhuset /et al., which are experts in thinking design and ease of use into digital solutions.
C2IT DIGITAL IS ESTABLISHED
In 2022, a new company will be founded in the group with a focus on advising SMEs on the digital journey.
C2IT GREENHOUSE IS FOUNDED
The investment company C2IT Greenhouse was founded in 2021 and aims to invest in and help startups.
ACQUISITION OF EXCELMATE
In 2020, C2IT acquires the company excelmate, which are experts in Business Intelligence, Analytics & Optimization.
ACQUISITION OF NPLUS
Acquisition in 2020 of the Microsoft consulting company Nplus in Kolding, which will become part of C2IT A/S.
THE IT CARTEL IS ACQUIRED
We are brave in 2019 and dare to join forces with the IT Cartel despite their name. They are a bunch of outstanding skilled software craftsmen who, like the rest of the C2IT group, do not make things more complicated than they are.
SUCCESS COMPANY OF THE YEAR
Hep hey we get the title of Success Company of the Year in 2019 (awarded by Spar Nord and BDO), and we can't get our arms down at all!
aHOC TO BE PURCHASED
aHOC is bought in 2018 to gain a foothold in the freelance business in Copenhagen. People-IT thus becomes nationwide.
THE SOFT HOUSE IS BEING BOUGHT UP
In 2018, we strengthen our presence in the capital area on Microsoft 365 with the purchase of Dynamics NAV supplier Softhuset.
LAUNCH OF PEOPLE-IT
Our freelance consulting business is separated from the C2IT group and is named People-IT, where, as in the name, we put people before IT.
START-UP IN ZEALAND
We are establishing ourselves in Ballerup with three new partners from the Microsoft Dynamics NAV world at the forefront.
MOVING TOWARDS THE CITY OF SMILES
Of course, we should also be found in the happiest city, which is why we are moving to Aarhus in 2017.
THE FIRST 100 MILLION
We are thrilled that in 2015 we will reach DKK 100,000,000 in revenue and celebrate it with a huge biker party.
C2IT BUYS ITPLANETEN
The C2IT group buys Itplaneten in 2015. We pull the planet down to earth and thus create the starting point for building C2IT Infrastructure. Merger with our existing infrastructure business will be the starting point for building C2IT Infrastructure.
START-UP OF ERP BUSINESS
In 2010, we will start the business area Microsoft Dynamics NAV together with three ”tongue” NAV partners.
THE START OF THE GAZELLE FARM
The first of many Børsen Gazelle Awards will be on the C2IT savannah in 2008.
THE EARLY START
We were founded in 2003 in Kolding by Benthe Andersen and Carsten Sixhøi. Our basic DNA: people first and competence makes a difference, so herewith the light of day. Fortunately, the fashion has changed, but the DNA remains.
Greenhouse
Greenhouse is a venture fund and accelerator that develops tech startups. Behind the project is a large group of top managers from KOLLAB. We only invest in projects where we can help with both money and knowledge. Our mission is to help the founders to succeed. Greenhouse is looking for new and exciting startups. We invest in software and product startups that have achieved “proof-of-concept” or seed for startups with clear potential. We choose startups that lack capital and skills to achieve the crucial commercial breakthrough.
