This personal data policy describes how how KOLLAB A/S collects and processes personal data in connection with the use of our website and how this processing complies with the regulations in the Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (GDPR).
When we write ”vi”, ”os” and ”our”, we mean our company.
When we write ”dig”, ”du” or ”dine”, we mean you as a user of our website.
Your privacy is important to us. In order to better protect your privacy, we describe in this privacy policy how we collect, process and use the information we collect about your behavior on our website.
At the same time, we make you aware of the choices you can make about how your information is collected and used. To make this notice easy to find, we make it available on our website and at any time that personally identifiable information may be requested.

We do not process sensitive personal data.
If we need to collect and process additional personal data than stated above, we will inform you of this at the time of collection, and this will be stated in this policy in the future.
On our website, in our emails and on our social media profiles, we have links to other companies, apps or websites that do not belong to us. HOW DO WE COLLECT PERSONAL INFORMATION?
We collect your personal data through our website and third-party software.
We collect your personal data through forms on our website, via the information and documents that you upload or send to us yourself, and through the use of cookies to collect data about your behaviour.
Cookies are small text files that contain a variety of characters and uniquely identify a browser. Most browsers were originally created to accept cookies. However, you may be able to change your browser settings to have your browser refuse third-party cookies or indicate when a third-party cookie is sent. We use companies (processors) to help us deliver our services to you, e.g. to provide the hosting environment for our product, send out newsletters, help us operate our website, manage our payment, etc.
When we use a data processor, we ensure that there is a legal agreement in place on how they will process personal data on our behalf. We also make sure that they have appropriate safeguards in place and, if they are outside the EU, we will of course make sure that there is a legal agreement in place that allows us to give them access to the information.
We share your information with:
- Suppliers, service providers, technical support, utility services and financial institutions that help us improve the business.
- Group units
- Public authorities.
The suppliers we use for our website are:
- PIWIK: This is a data analysis tool used for tracking and analyzing user behavior on the website. Piwik is EU based and only provides data as first-party data that is monitored through a privacy-focused platform.
- Cookiebot: Used to collect and store cookie preferences and consent from website visitors.
- Usercentrics: Supplier of the cookie consent tool Cookiebot.
- ActiveCampaign: Used to distribute the newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time after sign-up at the bottom of the e-mails you receive.
- Make: Integration tool used between ActiveCampaign and Pipedrive.
- Linkedin: LinkedIn cookies are used to identify the browser ID, routing people to and from the website, to LinkedIn and ad tags, language, etc. In addition, analysis of how many times people who click on their ads end up performing a certain action.
- Meta Platforms Inc: Facebook and Instagram are used to provide various advertising services, including real-time bids from third-party advertisers. These are also used to identify how the user has accessed the website by registering which website the user comes from.
- YouTube: Used to serve videos from YouTube's website and collects information about website users' interaction with the content and users' preferences for language, browser type, etc.
- Google Tag Manager: Used for managing tags that allow you to quickly and easily update tracking codes and related code fragments on the website. Via the code snippet, we can implement analysis data and tag configurations for measurement from a web-based user interface, which is done through Piwik.
- Sleeknote: Used for setting up pop-ups on websites. The tool is used to obtain more subscriptions to the newsletter or highlight competitions. Your personal data will only be passed on to Sleeknote with your consent.
- Gravity Forms: Used to collect email addresses and other relevant information necessary to send out newsletters.
- Cloudfare Turnstile: Used to ensure that sign-ups for our newsletter are made by real people and not automated bots.
- Digitalist ApS: Website hosting service.
- Normann Digital ApS: Consultant in relation to marketing automation. Only get access to the website back-end if absolutely necessary.
If there is an update on who we share information with, this will appear in this list.
Information about your use of this website, which advertisements you receive and possibly clicks on, geographical location, IP address, etc. is passed on to third parties to the extent that you explicitly consent to by entering the information yourself.

THIRD COUNTRY TRANSFERS?

- EU – US. Data Privacy Framework.
- Adoption by the parties of the EU model clauses resulting from the implementation by the EU Commission of Decision (EU) 2021/914 of 4 June 2021 on standard contractual clauses for the transfer of personal data to third countries pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council.
- All other appropriate safeguards recognized by the GDPR.
HOW LONG IS PERSONAL DATA STORED FROM THE WEBSITE?
Your personal information will be stored for as long as is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. This means that when your information will no longer be relevant for us to retain, it will be deleted in a secure manner.
It is possible for us to process your information in connection with statistical purposes, but in this case this information will always be anonymised.
