Business Central is one of the world's most recognized ERP platforms. And it is thanks to you, among other things: companies that want to move forward, build digital resilience and take technology seriously.

And fortunately, Business Central does not stand still. Microsoft shoots at least 12 updates a year, and App suppliers such as Continia, Tasklet and ForNAV follow suit. It is good for innovation, but less good for your calendar, your night's sleep and your internal resources.

For each update can create small conflicts with existing customizations, reports or workflows. And if those conflicts are not resolved before they hit production, then ... yes, it will be a hassle. And hassle is something we're quite allergic to.

Has it worked before? Then we cover it. Free support gives your users quick access to help when something suddenly doesn't work as expected on extensions developed by KOLLAB or recognized AppSource suppliers.

Free support is primarily recommended for smaller solutions, we are happy to have a dialogue about larger installations.
