Goal Station

Goal Station has revolutionized soccer training. The system consists of sensors that measure player performance, and we helped design the app that collects and visualizes all data in one place. The result is a digital platform that allows players to track their progress and take their game to the next level.

FROM idea to reality

First, we collected the data recorded by Goal Station's equipment during training. Then we set about converting the figures into useful insights. We designed the first prototypes, tested them with players, and made ongoing adjustments. The result was a player app that provides access to an entire training universe, built on user feedback and data from the field.

Motivation is the path to victory! 

Players can follow each other, because everyone knows that a victory is also a team effort. Each individual player can move up in levelsas theythey become more skilled in the exercises.

The user experience is inspired bythegamingworld, where a dark interface with bold colors is characteristic.The appalsomotivatesplayers withencouragingcomments! 

Dashboard

On the app's Dashboard, players are greeted at their level. Cool graphics with levels and inspiring quotes increase motivation to use the app. The best results are of course also highlighted, like a real winner.  

Catalog

Add the ball to the app's catalog, where it's easy to put together a workout consisting of different exercises. Then just lace up your boots and get started with your workout.

Soccer profile

You probably know them, soccer cards – and that's what this section is inspired by. All players can create their own soccer profile in the app. 

Overview and tactics

As a coach, it's all about having an overview! That's why va separate coach app where coaches can see how their players are performing and which exercises would be good to do in the next training session. Coaches can tailor training sessions so that players develop from where they are to where they want to be.

Intense design sprint

We kicked off the process by gathering the team for a five-day design sprint, where we went from insights to testing the first prototype.

The perfect identity

In the initial rounds we played around with identity and found just the right combination of colors, fonts, and graphic lines.

New features galore

We kicked off the game and worked agilely throughout, every 14 daysag designed a new feature for the app.  

Test, test, and test

At halftime, we optimized the app and tested it on soccer players.  

From data to brand experience

As the final step in the process, we designed marketing materials in a variety of formats: roll-ups, banners, advertisements, and magazines. All of this was done to ensure that Goal Station could face their next challenge fully prepared and with a strong visual identity.
