Timm Vladimir's Kitchen

At Timm Vladimir's Kitchen, there was a clear desire to rethink the digital customer experience. A new website and a redesigned booking system should set the standard for how Denmark's largest food school presents its more than 25 courses as well as events, catering and much more. With a digital platform in a new form, the way was paved for a holistic experience that matches the kitchen's high level of ambition.

Challenge: Timm Vladimir's Kitchen lacked an intuitive digital platform and efficient booking system that could present their many courses, events and services in a simple, user-friendly flow and thus increase conversion, reduce customer friction and support growth in online ⁇ sales and customer experience.

BETTER BOOKING

At Timm Vladimir's Kitchen, we have had ease of use and aesthetics at the fore. We listened to phone conversations, observed convoluted booking flows and conducted an in-depth analysis of the user journey and experience to create the perfect bouillon cube.

We optimized and created new booking flows for business and private customers, and not least we made it easy to see the many different offers in a course calendar. The website and the booking system's functions were optimized so that users can easily navigate between the delicious offers and tailor a solution that suits them.

A crisp website

Everyone knows that you eat with your eyes. Therefore, it was absolutely essential to get the visual style from the physical locations into the digital food universe.

The website had to be at least as crisp as the physical kitchens in Amager, Valby or Aarhus.
