ACGO
This is, what we call one genuine version of, farmers looking for user insights. ACGO is the customer's name, and they producerer high-tech long-term use machines to the whole world. Good thing we've been on a few trips out with theirs Fendt combine harvesters, but most of all helped we them to more knowledge and understanding for their target group.
TARGET GROUP FIRST
ACGO are the wildest engineers with a technical skill that can make any cow dance on the grass. But they lacked something absolutely essential to create the right digital solutions – knowledge about their target group! That's why we jumped into the rubber jerseys, got up together with the sun and spent several days with over 20 farmers throughout Denmark.
We have created six personas, optimization proposals of processes and insights as well as an idea catalog for completely new cool digital products, all of which can be used in business development at ACGO.
Understanding promotes business
