Get off to a good start
As a Jumpstarter, you become part of KOLLAB's intro course. In the intro course, you will meet other Jumpstarters, all of whom are in the same boat, but possibly in other roles or companies. The course is completely informal and will offer tips and tricks on how you can succeed in your new workplace. we also look at how we can best support you in your career start-up.
Get on board with the company
In collaboration with you and the company you start with, we ensure that your start-up has been taken care of. We make sure that you get off to a flying start, have access to the necessary resources and know where to seek help. In addition, you always have the opportunity to spar with us in an informal and confidential setting.
Ensures good cooperation
