Get off to a good start
As a Jumpstarter, you will be part of KOLLAB's introductory program. During the introductory program, you will meet other Jumpstarters who are all in the same boat, but possibly in different roles or companies. The program is completely informal and will offer tips and tricks on how to succeed in your new workplace. We will also look at how we can best support you in starting your career.
Join the company
In collaboration with you and the company you are starting at, we ensure that your start-up is taken care of. We make sure that you get off to a flying start, have access to the necessary resources, and know where to seek help. In addition, you always have the opportunity to consult with us in an informal and confidential setting.
Ensures good cooperation
There will be ongoing evaluations with you and the company to ensure good cooperation. In addition, we also arrange networking meetings among Jumpstarters, where you can gain insight into other Jumpstarters' experiences and share your own.
Personal and professional sparring

As part of the Jumpstart program, we regularly organize events, ranging from "wear your ugliest Christmas sweater" parties to professional webinars, where you will have the opportunity to meet other Jumpstarters and develop your professional skills.
