Running a dental clinic can really pull teeth... and without a system, dentists used to be extremelyt a lot of time on document management and planning of dutyis. With ClinicDrive do we have skrough the bite on and created a top shiny system from scratchone. The system professionalises the way, which clinics are operated on. AIn daily operational management, which was previously handled manually – e.g. shift plans, document management, payroll –, the system can coordinate and streamline.
Challenge: Clinic Drive lacked a professionally designed, digital operating system, which meant heavy, manual operating processes, lack of overview and inefficient administration, which hampered the company's growth and ability to professionalize clinic operations.
UX THE LAW TO INVESTIGATE
With all good and complex design, the same golden UX law applies, namely examine! Examine workflows, user behaviour and their needs. We know we are not the user, so we have spent time in the clinics. What we found were heavy manual processes and a great desire for digitization. With so many professionals who had to use the system on a daily basis, it was absolutely essential that it lived up to expectations. That's why we designed mockups on the first core functionalities to test our ideas and design in reality. Next, we tested, many times, because in the end it means that the user has a product that works and is gracious. The finished system is ground-breaking in the industry, and it professionalizes the way clinics are run.
VISUAL IDENTITY
For a new system to shine, it requires a delicious identity. We created a modern, light and airy identity, which makes the system clear and user-friendly. With a new product comes both website, sales and marketing material, and of course we have produced all that in top quality, so we have ensured high quality across the board.
