Clinic Drive

Running a dental clinic can be a real pain...and without a system, dentists used to spendanenormousamount of time on document managementandshiftplanning.WithClinicDrive,we'veturned things around and created a top-notchsystemfromscratch. The system professionalises theway clinics are run.All daily operational management that was previously handled manually – e.g. shift schedules, document management, payroll – can now be coordinated and streamlined by the system.  

Challenge: Clinic Drive lacked a professionally designed digital operating system, which resulted in cumbersome manual operating processes, a lack of overview, and inefficient administration, hindering the company's growth and ability to professionalize its clinic operations.

The UX Law of Exploration 

All good and complex designs follow the same golden rule of UX: research! Research workflows, user behavior, and user needs. We know that we are not the users, so we spent time at the clinics. What we found were cumbersome manual processes and a strong desire for digitalization. With so many professionals using the system on a daily basis, it was essential that it lived up to expectations. That's why we designed mockups of the first core functionalities to test our ideas and designs in real life. Next, we tested them many times, because ultimately this ensures that the user ends up with a product that works and is user-friendly. The finished system is groundbreaking in the industry and professionalizes the way clinics are run. 

VISUAL IDENTITY 

For a new system to shine, it needs a cool identity. We created a modern, light, and airy identity that makes the system clear and user-friendly. A new product comes with a website, sales and marketing materials, and of course, we produced everything in top quality to ensure high quality across the board.
