Lindab, a leading company in ventilation in Europe, sought a partner to revive their automationproject. Our sharpest minds were ready for the task process optimization and automation using UiPath to development of RPA (Robotic Process Automation). Mustlene for the project was to increase job satisfaction, while manual entry tasks were removed across the divisions.
Challenge: Lindab lacked to realize the value of their automation ambitions, which meant that manual and time-consuming processes continued across divisions with low data quality and suboptimal workflow efficiency. That hampered productivity, employee satisfaction and the potential for scalable process automation.
THE MAGIC OF AUTOMATION
KOLLAB stepped in as a business partner and our experienced consultants worked closely with Lindab's process owners to identify suitable automation topics through the preparation of business cases. We began by automating two processes – one simple and one more advanced. This created a solid basis for future scalability, as well as proving the model of business cases that had been used as the basis for selection. The results of the automation appeared clear already in the first week after launch, when hours of tedious work were saved and data quality increased significantly.
