Lindab, a leading ventilation company in Europe, sought a partner to revitalize their automationproject. Our brightest minds were ready for the task of process optimization and automation using UiPath to developing RPA (Robotic Process Automation). TheThe goal of the project was to increase job satisfaction while eliminating manual data entry tasks across divisions.
Challenge: Lindab needed to realize the value of their automation ambitions, which meant that manual and time-consuming processes continued across divisions with low data quality and suboptimal workflow efficiency. This hindered productivity, employee satisfaction, and the potential for scalable process automation.
THE MAGIC OF AUTOMATION
KOLLAB stepped in as a partner, and our experienced consultants worked closely with Lindab's process owners to identify suitable automation topics by preparing business cases. We began by automating two processes–one simple and one more advanced. This created a solid foundation for future scalability and proved the business case model that had been used as the basis for the selection. The results of the automation were clear already in the first week after launch, with hours of tedious work saved and data quality significantly improved.
