Salling Group
Salling wanted to rethink their membership app and create a stronger digital experience for members. We gathered insights, challenged existing frameworks and translated it all into a catalog of ideas with visionary concepts. The result was a solid foundation for the next chapter: Club Salling.
Long journey of research
The concepts for the membership app of the future naturally had to be examined. We were curious about the entire membership universe and researched to the moon and back.
We researched both the aircraft, lifestyle and food industries to see which trigger points can be used and how we can get users to come again and again. In addition to desktop research, we were of course also on a trip to the fantastic customers. We interviewed customers in Salling and became much smarter about their consumption habits, behavior and patterns.

The brief changed character a bit during the project, which they accepted without making too much trouble. Maybe because they actually got more freedom to work with the concept without our interference.
They have a pleasant way of communicating, just as they do not (immediately) fall into the trap of too much “hot talk” and no substance. (Many could learn a little from that) . I was quite excited about the meeting we had halfway through the project where they presented initial thoughts and ideas. Thought they hit the spot pretty well!
